Quality consciousness is hardwired into our operations and every assurance from us is backed by a robust system that monitors and controls quality from end to end; from the choice of seeds best suited to the unique conditions of each farm, to prompt customer service and accurate delivery of every order.
Our commitment to quality is backed by substantial investments in high-tech testing equipment and trained Quality Assurance professionals. Our fully-fledged QA team operates a dedicated in-house laboratory to guarantee a full range of potential hazards including extraneous matter, moisture, bulk density, granulation, E.coli, salmonella, platelet counts, protein content, pesticide, aflatoxins and more. It all takes place along three critical control points at the processing stage. Suminter will continue its world-class practice of receiving supporting tests from internationally recognized laboratories to support any in-house testing.

Quality Assurance
Our Quality Assurance department is divided into four major functions:
Customer Service Lab
The customer service lab is responsible for servicing our customers – from managing customer specific specifications to maintaining complete traceability from raw materials to the finished good.
Laboratory
The laboratory team is trained to measure physical, chemical and microbiological parameters of all incoming raw material to ensure the integrity and quality of the product. They also coordinate with other international and domestic laboratories for all required supporting tests.
In Process Quality Control (IPQC)
The IPQC team follows the physical movement of the incoming raw material to the production of finished goods, and ensure that semi-finished goods match specific requirements at every stage of processing.
Food Safety Management (FSM)
The FSM team ensures that Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed at all times. They also oversee and monitor critical control points to ensure that the outputs meet all technical (physical, chemical and biological) benchmarks.
